Can't wait for Esthero's new product, but Dr. Dre is producing so who knows when we'll get it! Zing! Amel is perfect background music and I don't remember much about her, haha. Elzhi's Leftovers Mixtape and some De La, Blu and other hip hop round out the rest (with some Mary J sprinkled in).

This is what I've been playing this week. It's kind of a return to my classics, so to speak. Horace Silver is a favorite and I just picked up some "new" stuff by him. Souls had a new project and I heard good things about it. Had to pick it up!

This particular chart finds me all over the place (as usual). I'm trying to get back into the creative process and listening to old favorites gets me in a comfortable place. Tried and true sounds that plant a creative seed. This blog is part of that process.
